Speak at the RCA Conference

Calling all students and professionals!

Showcase your original research on culinary arts, food science or Culinology® by presenting a Faculty or Student Abstract Presentation at the RCA Conference. 

What's an Abstract? 

An abstract is a short research submission – the equivalent of approximately one page. If your submission is accepted, you will have 10-15 minutes to present your findings at conference on Friday, April 17 at 8:00 a.m.

Why Submit? 

This is your opportunity to highlight your expertise, engage key industry influencers and facilitate discussions for collaboration – and your conference registration fee will be waived!

How to Submit

  1. Click the "Submit Abstract" button below
  2. Create an account with the Journal of Culinary Science & Technology
  3. On step 6 of the submission form, submitters must select “Culinology” to the question: Is the manuscript a candidate for a special issue?
  4. You will be notified if your submission was chosen on January 31, 2020
