What's an Abstract?
An abstract is a short research submission – the equivalent of approximately one page. If your submission is accepted, you will have 10-15 minutes to present your findings at conference on Friday, April 17 at 8:00 a.m.
This is your opportunity to highlight your expertise, engage key industry influencers and facilitate discussions for collaboration – and your conference registration fee will be waived!
How to Submit
- Click the "Submit Abstract" button below
- Create an account with the Journal of Culinary Science & Technology
- On step 6 of the submission form, submitters must select “Culinology” to the question: Is the manuscript a candidate for a special issue?
- You will be notified if your submission was chosen on January 31, 2020
Submissions are due by January 15, 2020
