Expo Hall Schedule

All Culinology® Expo activities will take place at the San Diego Convention Center. This includes an education theater and networking areas, as well as a competition area on the show floor.

Wednesday, April 15 • Move in: 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Thursday, April 16 • Expo Hour Open: 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Thursday, April 16 • Move out: 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Registration & Housing Information

Four complimentary Thursday Exhibit Hall Only badges are included with each 10’x10’ booth. Additional exhibit staff badges cost $50.

Steps to register:

  1. Click on the Exhibitor Registration link: https://www.culinology.org/e/in/eid=81&req=VENDOR
  2. Enter your name, email address and the vendor code provided (please note, the vendor code is case-sensitive). Click Update Price
  3. Fill out the required registration information fields and click Next
  4. Select additional registration options if interested and click Next
  5. Review confirmation page to ensure all information is correct. Click Finish
  6. An invoice may be downloaded on this page for your records. A confirmation email will also be sent to the email address on the registration.

If you would like to attend sessions and other conference activities outside of the Expo you may register and pay for a full conference badge here. If you have any questions regarding registration, please contact registration@culinology.org.

All participants in the conference must register online for a badge.

Exhibitor Service Kit

Inclusive Management Services (IMS) is the official show decorator for the 2020 RCA Conference. IMS services include expo furniture, carpet/booth flooring, shipping and material handling, refrigerated and frozen storage, labor, cleaning, floral, and electrical.

By creating an account via our website, you will be able to place orders online quickly and easily.  You can check the status of your orders, and stay informed with any updates/changes. The NEW online ordering system has been designed to make ordering easier than ever.

Event Code – SanDiego (This is case sensitive)

Once your account has been created you will receive an email with your unique Login ID and Password.  Please return to www.inclusivemanagement.com and login with your information.
