To meet the demands of the evolving food industry and global consumer trends, RCA has expanded its Evolution of Food Waste Competition to address societal, environmental and ethical implications of food innovation. Sponsored by Griffith Foods, the new Food Evolution Student Competition seeks to inspire students to create new products that address these global expectations. During this time, three finalists will present their proposals to a live panel of judges, who will determine the winning concept.
