Kimberly spent her early career years as a U.S. Air Force officer, working in the Services Squadron at Dyess Air Force Base. After graduating from culinary school, she worked in many areas of the restaurant and catering business. In 2012, she crossed into research starting with the Modernist Cuisine team and moved into manufacturing and co-manufacturing with Beecher’s Handmade Cheese. As the manager of product development at Lundberg Family Farms, Kimberly launched several line extensions, worked on new category NPD, and established in-house sensory services. She worked as the Senior Product Development Scientist for Bulletproof, a branded keto diet startup. Now Kimberly is the business development manager for Griffith Foods focusing on snacks and organic. Kimberly is a RCA Certified Culinary Scientist. She also publishes a blog and podcast.
