Can you bring all of your senses to the kitchen and make something great? You’re in luck! The RCA Conference has three food and beverage competitions to put your senses to the test!

The Food Evolution Competition asks students to create a proposal focused on an innovative commercialized food product. The challenge? Students must use food waste ingredients that are commonly found within the industry.

The Student Culinology® Competition brings together students from all over in an effort to promote alternative proteins that can be served at public school kindergarten through 12th grade. Students are asked to design an alternative protein-based concept including one ingredient from each of the competitions sponsors.

The Culinology® Cocktail Competition is a mixology compeition that brings together RCA members to compete in a challenge of the elixirs using ingredients from our sponsors. Stay tuned for more information on this competition.
