  • Week of Feb 8 – Exhibitor "How-To" Webinar
  • Week of Feb 15 – Exhibitor Booth Setup/Access to Pathable
  • Monday, Feb 15 – Booth Staff Registration Deadline
  • Week of Mar 1 – Exhibitor Office Hours
  • Friday, Mar 12 – Virtual Booths Completed
  • Tuesday, Mar 16 – RCA+ Platform Live to Attendees  
  • Mar 23-26 – RCA+ 

 

Booth Staff Registration

Booth staff may register themselves for the conference by clicking here. Instructions and your company registration code were emailed to your primary contact. If you did not receive this email or need your code again, please email Catherine Prais

Important: In order to receive access to the platform on February 15, you will need to register all of your team members who will need access.

  1. Click on the Exhibitor Registration link: https://www.culinology.org/e/in/eid=118&req=VENDOR.
  2. Enter your name, email address and the vendor code provided (please note, the vendor code is   case-sensitive). Click Update Price.
  3. Fill out the required registration information fields and click Next.
  4. Review confirmation page to ensure all information is correct. Click Finish.
  5. An invoice may be downloaded on this page for your records. A confirmation email will also be sent to the email address on the registration.
  6. Repeat above instructions to register all exhibit staff members.
